Currently, the company operates in both national and international markets. The main export market is North America. The products are available in 17 U.S. states as well as in other countries such as the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, China, Ireland, Bermuda, France, Japan, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Turkey, Estonia, Portugal, Poland, Colombia, Uruguay, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, and now exclusively through MERZCO in Switzerland. On the domestic market, Weber Haus is active in almost all Brazilian states, including the Federal District, with a focus on the markets of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Paraná, and Rio Grande do Sul. In addition to continuously expanding into new markets, the company acquired the Velho Pescador brand in 2014, one of the most traditional cachaças in Rio Grande do Sul. The brand was purchased by Destilaria H. Weber along with other labels from the legendary Fazenda Maribo in Osório (RS). Among these, the cachaças 30 Luas and Santa Martha (silver and aged in Grapia wood) stand out, the latter produced by the first distillery and cachaça producer in southern Brazil, operating under the same name since 1928.

The distillery is committed to offering outstanding products to expand into further national and international markets. With over 150 awards worldwide, Weber Haus is constantly seeking new creations. The production process remains strictly artisanal. Known as "distillery cachaças," they are distinguished from industrially produced products by several factors, starting with 100% organic sugarcane as the raw material, cultivated without pesticides. The distillation takes place in copper pot stills (alembics) with a capacity of 600 to 2000 liters, with the "head and tail" of the distillate—referring to the first and last portions with high alcohol concentrations—being removed. These account for 20% of the total distillate.

Aligned with sustainability concerns, Weber Haus has invested in solar panels for its energy production. This initiative, combined with other measures, makes the company 100% sustainable. In addition to the installed solar panels, all waste produced by the distillery is reused. Bagasse is turned into compost, which is used as fertilizer on the sugarcane plantations. Another portion of the compost is used to generate steam for the boilers employed in cachaça distillation. Sugarcane juice not used in cachaça production is also utilized as fertilizer. The company holds organic certification covering its entire 48-hectare estate.
