Cachaça Extra Premium DIAMANT
Limited Edition
21 Years Aged, 700ml, 40% Vol.
At the dawn of the new millennium, as the world prepared for an era of innovation and significant change, Hugo Weber and his son Evandro, two generations of the renowned Weber family, embarked on an ambitious project: the creation of a cachaça that would stand out as a jewel among spirits. Inspired by the turn of the millennium, they selected the finest raw materials available and began the aging process of a unique cachaça in their underground cellars, a place they affectionately called "Forgetfulness"—a name evoking the idea of this cachaça being "forgotten" in barrels to develop over time.
In this meticulous process, the cachaça spent its first six years in oak barrels, which imparted robustness and complex woody notes. It was then transferred to balsam barrels, where it rested for an additional 15 years, absorbing delicate aromas and softness. Throughout these long years of aging, each barrel was regularly tasted and analyzed, in a joint effort by father and son to ensure the extraordinary quality of the spirit. The idea to name this unique blend came only after 21 years of patient maturation, when they finally recognized they had created something truly exceptional, worthy of being likened to a rare and precious gem. Thus, the name "Weber Haus Extra Premium Diamant 21 Anos" was born—a tribute to the rare beauty and priceless value of a diamond, reflecting the precious nature of their cachaça.
Each bottle of Weber Haus Diamant 21 Anos, limited to just 1,000 units, offers a unique experience encapsulating over two decades of dedication, passion, and tradition. This cachaça not only represents the pinnacle of the Weber Haus distillery but also the deep bond between father and son, united by their love for the art of distillation.
Sensory Experience
The Weber Haus Diamant 21 Anos is a journey through diverse temperatures and flavors. It presents itself as liqueur-like, with nuances of flowers and ripe fruits, blended with notes of apricot, orange, and mint, offering an intoxicating freshness. Each sip of this cachaça delivers a velvety and luxurious sensation, transporting the connoisseur to an experience that is both a gustatory journey and a tribute to the legacy of two generations.
The first bottle, No. 0001, of Weber Haus Diamant 21 Year Cachaça has already found its owner: it was sold at auction for R$ 66,948.00 (approximately CHF 10,000.-).
