CHARACTERISTICS
Distilled from sugarcane juice in a handcrafted copper alembic. A unique cachaça aged for 12 years in Balsam and French oak barrels. This blend was created with the collaboration of some of the leading cachaça experts. Only 2,000 bottles were produced as a “Limited Edition.”

SENSORY NOTES
(Appearance, Flavor, and Texture)
Dark amber color. Notes of vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, cloves, and chamomile. Noble woods impart a distinctive and unique aroma.

PAIRING
Best enjoyed at room temperature (15°C to 18°C) in a snifter to enhance the complex aromas. Pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses and truffles.
